Terms of Service

Ralliq provides tools that enable businesses to understand and act on relationships and engagement across digital platforms, including Instagram.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity conducted under it.

Ralliq allows you to connect third-party platforms such as Instagram. By doing so, you authorize Ralliq to access and process data from those platforms on your behalf.

Depending on the platform and permissions granted, this may include:

• –Tagged post data and engagement metrics
• –Direct message conversation threads
• –Basic profile information (such as username, profile metadata, and follower counts)

This data is accessed and processed solely to provide the functionality of the Ralliq platform and in accordance with applicable platform terms.

Ralliq’s use of Meta platform data is governed by Meta’s Platform Terms: https://developers.facebook.com/terms

You agree to comply with all applicable Meta policies when using Instagram through Ralliq.

When you connect an Instagram account, you act as the data controller of that data. Ralliq acts as a data processor and processes such data solely to provide the service in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy available at: https://www.ralliq.io/privacy

You agree to use Instagram data obtained through Ralliq only in compliance with Meta Platform Terms.

You may not use such data for:

• –Advertising targeting outside Meta-permitted use cases
• –Selling or transferring data to data brokers
• –Enriching external datasets unrelated to your use of Ralliq
• –Any activity that violates Meta Platform Terms

Ralliq reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse Instagram data.

If you connect Instagram messaging, direct message data is made available solely for use within the Ralliq platform. Ralliq does not use message content for profiling, resale, or advertising.

You agree not to export, misuse, or process message data in violation of Meta policies.

Ralliq processes data about individuals who interact with your connected accounts (such as commenters, tagged users, or message participants). This data is processed solely to provide the service and in accordance with Meta Platform Terms.

Ralliq does not independently commercialize such data.

You may not:

• –Violate applicable laws or regulations
• –Violate Meta Platform Terms or other platform rules
• –Use Ralliq to improperly collect or exploit data
• –Use automated means to access the service beyond what Ralliq explicitly provides
• –Interfere with or disrupt the service

You may disconnect your Instagram account or request deletion of your data at any time.

Instagram-sourced data will be deleted within 30 days of account disconnection or receipt of a valid deletion request.

Ralliq may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse platform data.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ralliq shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms periodically.

For material changes, including changes to how Instagram or third-party data is processed, we will provide notice via email or in-app notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
