Ralliq ("we", "our", or "us") provides a platform that helps businesses understand, organize, and act on relationships and engagement across their audience. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and manage information when you access or use www.ralliq.io and related services.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to operate and improve the Ralliq platform.
Information You Provide
This includes information you submit directly, such as your name, email address, account details, and any content you choose to input into the platform.
Automatically Collected Information
We collect standard technical data such as usage activity, device and browser information, and log data to maintain performance, security, and reliability.
Third-Party Platform Data
If you connect a third-party account (such as Instagram), we collect and process data as described in Section 2 below.
2. Instagram and Meta Platform Data
When you connect an Instagram Business account, Ralliq accesses certain data via Meta's APIs in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms:
Permissions Used
Ralliq accesses Instagram data using the following permissions:
- –instagram_manage_tagged_content
- –instagram_manage_messages
Data We Access
Depending on your account activity, this may include:
- –Tagged posts and mentions
- –Direct message conversations
- –Basic profile and engagement information
How We Use This Data
Ralliq uses Instagram data solely to provide its core functionality, including displaying engagement, organizing relationships, and enabling user-directed workflows.
All actions taken using Instagram data are initiated by the user or configured workflows under the user's control. Ralliq accesses only the minimum data necessary to provide its services and does not perform background monitoring or scraping beyond permitted API interactions.
Direct Message Data Handling
Direct message content is accessed strictly to display conversations within the Ralliq application.
Ralliq does not:
- –Analyze message content for profiling
- –Use message content for advertising or targeting
- –Sell or share message content
- –Use Instagram data to train machine learning or AI models
Restrictions on Use
Ralliq does not sell Instagram data, use it for advertising or ad targeting, or combine it with external data broker sources. All use of Instagram data is limited to functionality permitted under Meta Platform Terms.
Data Processing Role
When you connect your Instagram account, you act as the data controller of that data. Ralliq acts as a data processor, handling Instagram data solely on your behalf and according to your instructions and this policy.
3. Third-Party Data
Because Ralliq processes engagement data, it may include information about individuals who are not Ralliq users, such as Instagram users who comment, tag accounts, or send messages.
This information is processed only to provide functionality to the connected account holder and is not independently used, enriched, or commercialized by Ralliq.
If you believe your information has been processed through Ralliq and would like it removed, you may contact privacy@ralliq.io.
4. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
Instagram-Sourced Data
Instagram data is retained only while an account remains connected. When an account is disconnected, associated Instagram data is deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
5. Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
You may request deletion by:
- –Disconnecting your Instagram account within Ralliq settings
- –Contacting privacy@ralliq.io
Meta Platform Deletion Requests
Ralliq provides a Data Deletion Callback URL in accordance with Meta requirements:

If a deletion request is submitted through Facebook or Instagram, Meta will notify Ralliq and we will delete all associated data within 30 days.
6. Disconnection vs Account Deletion
Disconnecting an Instagram account immediately stops further data access and triggers deletion of Instagram-derived data within 30 days. Closing a Ralliq account results in deletion of all associated data, including third-party data.
7. Data Sharing
Ralliq does not sell personal data. We share data only where necessary to operate the service (such as with infrastructure providers) or when required by law.
8. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data.

- –Data is encrypted at rest where applicable
- –Access is restricted to authorized personnel with a legitimate business need
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
